I’ve been writing ever since I was around 10 or 11 years old. I have diaries, journals, and notebooks filled with dated and written pages of my childhood up until now. Journaling has helped me express many thoughts and feelings especially through hard times. In times, where I felt like no one understood me or could help me, my journal was there. There are many benefits to journaling, so here are five reasons for you to start journaling:
